Residential Renovation Projects

Joining two houses together to make one house can be cost effective. The owners decided that after 38 years they had to renovate their home because it was very outdated and did not function as a family home any longer. A second story addition was an option, however the house next door came up for sale and this was an opportunity to purchase an additional parcel of land which gave the owners a total area of 1337.8 m2 of land with two houses.
The houses have the same frontage appearance which was a good start to have a designer engaged to do preliminary drawings.
The final drawings gave us a connecting entrance in the middle of the two homes with high ceiling, 4 bedrooms, 2 family rooms, a formal lounge, two gallery walk ways to each house, kitchen, dining, library and double garages.
We will keep you up to date with progress of the renovation.
